We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the sprint delivery of the WTP project within the Business Intelligence domain. The WTP project focuses on enhancing the Sales portfolio of customers and driving revenue growth through the implementation of machine learning-based prediction models and AI-driven analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead agile sprint delivery of the WTP project, ensuring smooth execution within the Business Intelligence domain.
2. Oversee end-to-end software development, new product launches, and country-wide rollouts.
3. Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient project execution.
4. Manage project artefacts, including sprint planning, capacity tracking, and financial reporting.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
6. Ensure seamless data migration and integration with Teradata, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud.
7. Track project progress, mitigate risks, and optimize resources to meet business objectives.
8. Proven experience in Project Management (PM) for end-to-end software development.
9. Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery using Scrum methodology.
10. Expertise in new product launches and country-wide rollouts.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Business Intelligence and Data Analytics experience.
2. Exposure to Machine Learning and Prediction Models.
3. Familiarity with Data Migration processes.

Technical & Other Skills:

1. Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
