Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking an Agentic GCP DevOps Engineer to join our remote Latin America team. You will work directly with client teams, applying AI-assisted engineering workflows to distributed software projects.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering/DevOps experience, advanced English, and a four-year degree. You will manage GCP services, build CI/CD pipelines, and champion IaC with Terraform or Deployment Manager. Join us to collaborate with U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic AI tools.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), managing services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and GKE.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications in production environments.
• IaC experience using Terraform or Deployment Manager to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Experience with monitoring/logging/observability tools such as Google Cloud Observability (Stackdriver), Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership over work.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an Agentic GCP DevOps Engineer.

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional Software Engineering / DevOps experience.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) integrated into daily development routines.

Advanced English is required.

Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically managing services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and GKE.

Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications in production environments.

Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience using Terraform or Deployment Manager to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.

Production experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).

Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Google Cloud Observability (Stackdriver), Prometheus, or Grafana.

Demonstrated experience optimizing GCP infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.

Forensic attention to detail.

A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.

Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
