Binance is seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager to deepen partnerships and drive cross-product adoption across Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet. You will manage mature affiliates, craft growth strategies, and deliver data-driven insights to improve performance.

You will collaborate with Product, Ops, and Marketing teams, coordinate with overseas partners, and handle crisis communications with professionalism. This full-time role supports a remote-friendly work setup.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing.
• Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto.
• Fluency in English and ability to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners (post 6–12 months).
• Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities
• Drive cross-product conversion across Binance offerings (e.g., Futures, Earn, Options, Web3 Wallet, Fiat, etc.)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives
• Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally
• Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with matured affiliates (6–12+ months) and driving cross-product conversion across Binance’s suite of services including Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners (post 6–12 months).Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs
• Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities
• Drive cross-product conversion across Binance offerings (e.g., Futures, Earn, Options, Web3 Wallet, Fiat, etc.)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives
• Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally
• Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing
• Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions
• Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Vietnamese would be an advantage.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude
