Akaer, líder em engenharia aeroespacial, procura um Designer Sênior de Sistemas Hidromecânicos Aeronáuticos para atuar no desenvolvimento, integração e detalhamento de sistemas hidromecânicos em programas civis e militares.

O profissional participará de todas as fases do ciclo de desenvolvimento, trabalhando em equipe multidisciplinar, interface direta com clientes e fornecedores, e apoiará testes e certificação.

Qualificações

• Curso técnico em Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.
• Desirable: Bacharel em Engenharia Mecânica, Aeronáutica, ou áreas afins.
• Experiência entre 6 e 10 anos em design de sistemas aeronáuticos.
• Conhecimento de CAD 3D e documentação técnica aeronáutica.
• Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar instalações hidromecânicas em CAD 3D.
• Preparar layouts, desenhos de integração e documentação técnica.
• Definir componentes, materiais, tubulação e hardware aeronáutico.
• Preparar BOM e documentação de engenharia.
• Realizar integração entre sistemas hidromecânicos, estruturas, elétrica e avíonicos.
• Suportar testes, qualificação e certificação de sistemas.
• Interagir com clientes e fornecedores para definir soluções técnicas.

Summary DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Aeronautical Hydromechanical Systems Designer to work on the development, integration, and detailing of hydromechanical systems in civil and military aeronautical programs. The professional will participate in all phases of the product development cycle, from conception to certification, working in a multidisciplinary team and in direct interface with clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop aeronautical hydromechanical installation projects in a 3D CAD environment;
• Prepare installation layouts, integration drawings, and technical documentation;
• Develop solutions for the installation of hydraulic, environmental (AMS/ECS), fuel, propulsion, and other embedded mechanical systems;
• Specify aeronautical components, materials, piping, hoses, connections, and hardware;
• Prepare billsof materials (BOM) and engineering documentation;
• Develop integration solutions between hydromechanical systems, structures, electrical systems, and avionics;
• Perform system integration and segregation analyses;
• Support the manufacturing, installation, and integration of systems;
• Support development testing, qualification, and certification activities;
• Participate in the analysis of technical requirements and their implementation in the project;
• Interact withclients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams in defining technical solutions;
• Prepare engineering documentation according to internal processes and certification requirements;
• Provide technical support to junior professionals and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements

Education- Technical course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related areas. Desirable: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics or related areas. Experience- Between 6 and 10 years of experience in the design of aeronautical systems, preferably in hydromechanical systems. Technical knowledgeAeronautical Hydromechanical Systems Project- Design and detailing of aeronautical hydromechanical installations; - Hydraulic Systems; - EnvironmentalSystems (AMS/ECS); - Fuel Systems; - Propulsion Systems; - Pneumatic Systems; - Installation ofengines and APUs; - Sizing and installation of rigid and flexible piping; - Definition of supports, fixings and mechanical interfaces; - Preparation of bills of materials (BOM); - Reading and interpretation of technical drawings. Aeronautical Knowledge- Aeronautical Product Development Process; - Systems Integration; - Systems Segregation; - Aeronautical manufacturing and assembly process; - Good practices for the installation of aeronautical systems; - Development, qualification and certification tests; - Application of Service Bulletins and major modifications (STC); - Certificationprocess for civil and military aircraft. ToolsExperience with tools such as:- CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE; Microsoft Office. Languages- Intermediate English (reading and interpreting technical documentation).- Advanced English will be considered a plus. Availability- National and international travel, when necessary.- Willingness to work different shifts as needed by projects.
