Now, we’re looking for a Campaign Manager – Ad Operations. Here’s what the role involves :

You will :

Monitor and manage ad campaign performance and align it with business goals.

Handle high-priority clients and oversee end-to-end campaign execution.

Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 Associates) within your vertical.

Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with Business Development, Design, Content, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Take full ownership of daily campaign operations — setup, reporting, optimization, invoicing, etc.

Analyze campaign data to identify what works, what doesn’t, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

What we hope you bring :

A bachelor’s degree (graduates from top-tier universities or MBA holders from Tier 2 schools are a plus).

Strong communication and people skills.

A detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

The ability to manage multiple projects without constant supervision.

Prior experience in digital marketing, media operations, or ad campaign management is highly preferred.
