About The Role:

• Assist in resolving tickets related to the sales system
• Support simple operational activities within the department
• Provide basic customer service, in person or by phone
• Organize and file documents
• Perform other administrative tasks aligned with the apprenticeship program
  
  

About You:

You are:

• Between 14 and 24 years old (in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law)
• Currently enrolled in or have completed high school (ensino médio)
• Communicative, responsible, and eager to learn
• Familiar with basic computer tools (a plus)
