Jobtailor in Curitiba is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support monthly closings, post entries, and reconcile accounts. The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems, VBA, and Power BI for dashboards.

The position is hybrid, based in Mercês, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:48, Brazil time. Prior accounting experience is a plus and CPC/IFRS knowledge is valued.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or other).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, in a hybrid format, based in the Mercês neighborhood of Curitiba-PR, Brazil
• Previous experience in accounting is a plus
• Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and pronouncements (CPCs) and IFRS
• Familiarity with ancillary statutory filings and month-end closing routines
• Knowledge of VBA for spreadsheet automation and Power BI for building dashboards and data analysis
