The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, has relevant experience, and is proficient in Excel. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Relevant financial reporting or accounting experience in a corporate international environment.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to develop new ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounting duties such as bookkeeping for vendor transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting duties such as bookkeeping for vendor transactions, bank transactions, reconciliations, and updating account statements.
• Monitor vendor balances and relevant accruals, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data, maintaining databases through data entry, verification, and backups.
• Provide accurate reports on the transactions posted.
• Ensure timely month‑end closing.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests and participate in projects when requested.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Relevant financial reporting or accounting experience in a corporate international environment. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central/Navision is a plus.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, with proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills, with both strategic and creative thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment to meet deadlines.
