Accounting Analyst

Location: Jundiai, São Paulo, BR

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support accounting and financial reporting activities across the South America scope, including meeting local reporting requirements and supporting the accounting closing process.

Your Impact

• Prepare manual journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information.
• Analyze account balances and financial transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment, including lease accounting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of 10-Q/10-K schedules.
• Assist with audit requests (internal and external) and perform financial access control activities.
• Participate in process improvement projects, system implementations, and prepare margin analysis by product and brand.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting routines and/or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of BR GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, and organized profile with strong communication skills to interact with local and global teams.
