Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven client relationship management in IT services or custom software development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs within large enterprises.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with travel availability to the U.S. quarterly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption;
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives;
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach;
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value;
• Experience within large enterprise organizations, including participation in or leadership of digital transformation or modernization programs
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects;
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills;
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. once per quarter.
