Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs within large enterprises
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. once per quarter.

ABOUT THE ROLE
