A PRIORI EXCELÊNCIA EM RECURSOS HUMANOS is seeking a Thermal Systems Engineer in Curitiba, Brazil, to define automotive thermal architectures and manage complex system requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, perform feasibility studies, and drive verification activities to ensure design targets are met.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in mechanical, mechatronics or related fields, are fluent in English, and have hands-on experience with automotive thermal systems and SAFe.

Qualificações

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of thermal systems engineering and system architecture.
• Experience with automotive thermal systems and architecture.
• Experience with requirements management, system integration and verification.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering activities and technical decision-making.
• Experience in Automotive Industry.
• 3D CAD knowledge, preferable PTC Creo.
• Experience in an Agile Environment (SAFe).
• Commercial driver's license (C/D/E category) - differential.

Responsabilidades

• Define and develop thermal system architectures, concepts and technical solutions aligned with product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead concept investigations, feasibility studies and evaluate alternative system solutions with recommendations.
• Develop and maintain system, product and functional requirements with traceability.
• Support product managers in translating capability needs into features, enablers and requirements.
• Coordinate system integration activities and assist component selection to meet performance and design targets.
• Define and execute system verification and validation strategies and analyze test results.
• Lead technical reviews, develop technical reports, and maintain system documentation.
• Perform impact assessments for new requirements and engineering changes across functional domains.
• Manage development plans, coordinate deliverables, and drive milestones to release readiness.
• Ensure system quality, maturity and compliance before release.
