Job summary

Lk Finora Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Bahrain, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. You will supervise staff and coordinate with Logistics, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales to meet quality, safety, and service targets.

You will drive inventory accuracy, organize the warehouse layout, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, barcode, and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO as applicable.
• Influence safety and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch and returns.
• Assign daily tasks, organize manpower, prepare shift schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead, train, coach, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate deliveries and verify quantities, packaging, and documentation before acceptance.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, location, and handling according to procedures.
• Monitor picking/packing to ensure accuracy and on-time dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts, physical verification, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Operate and maintain WMS, ERP, barcode scanners, and other warehouse tech.
