Job summary

Zahrawi Group in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to manage daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, shipments, and coordination with sales and logistics teams.

The role requires strong English communication, 5 years in a warehouse environment (preferably medical), and experience with WMS/ERP systems and Netsuite. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock, timely deliveries, and safe warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in medical warehousing.
• Experience with inventory coordination, stock accuracy and daily operations.
• Proficient in WMS and ERP systems; strong Excel reporting.
• Good English communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Schedule deliveries to avoid overcrowding in the warehouse.
• Check received products and sign the quality form.
• Inform procurement and logistics when products arrive.
• Create Item Received (IR) in Netsuite after receipt.
• Prepare delivery notes and invoices per LPO details.
• Coordinate transfers and loading for shipments with warehouse staff.
• Track movement of goods to prevent loss and ensure correct quantities.
• Participate in periodic stock counts and report expiries to maintain data accuracy.
• Assist Finance with required documentation and urgent issues.
