Job summary

Choithrams in Bahrain seeks an experienced Store Operations professional to drive retail KPIs, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations in line with SOPs. You will oversee stock availability, promotions, pricing, back-end documentation and staff rostering.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, reducing costs, controlling shrinkage, optimizing inventory and maintaining high standards of store ambiance and planograms across the Bahrain outlets.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring business strategies are in place in achieving Retail KPIs including sales and cost targets.
• Ensure inventory and Days of Stock is maintained at target levels inventory & shrinkage control.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs including expiry management, shrinkage control, price updates, back-end documents.
• Ensure availability of store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments.
• Efficient staff deployment and manpower efficiency through delegation, supervision, training, roster management, leave planning etc.
• Ensure store ambiance, cleanliness, merchandise displays, planogram etc. are maintained at expected levels.
• Analyze reports and implement corrective actions on the floor towards KPIs including sales, cost reduction, shrinkage controls, inventory optimization and availability.
• Derive and strategize processes for efficient store operations in line with departmental priorities.
