Job summary

Beond is expanding its Bahrain operation and seeks a Nominated Postholder Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) to lead certification, launch and ongoing oversight of the Bahrain fleet from Manama. You will report to the Accountable Manager and ensure continuing airworthiness under Bahrain ANTR and BCAA CAMO rules.

The role covers developing the Maintenance Programme, managing contracts, and implementing the SMS and safety systems while coordinating with compliance teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Relevant knowledge of Bahrain ANTR and BCAA CAMO requirements.
• Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification — Part-66 licence or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the CAME and approved maintenance programme.
• Must be acceptable to BCAA after formal assessment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuing airworthiness of managed aircraft and compliance with ANTR and BCAA CAMO requirements.
• Develop and control Aircraft Maintenance Programme(s) including reliability programme.
• Ensure airworthiness directives and continued-airworthiness requirements are applied.
• Establish and manage maintenance contracts and release maintenance by approved organisations.
• Manage scheduled maintenance, ADs, life‑limited parts, inspections, and records.
• Ensure Certificates of Airworthiness and Airworthiness Reviews are kept current.
• Support development of the CAME and implement SMS under the Safety Manager.
