Apparel Group in Bahrain is seeking a procurement professional to manage vendor relationships, process PRs and POs, and coordinate with finance, merchandising, and logistics. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies and improve workflows to drive efficiency.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement or vendor management within retail/beauty, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or operations in retail/beauty.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve supply chain issues.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, PO cycles, and supplier coordination.
• Experience liaising across finance, logistics, and merchandising teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Vendor Management: build and maintain relationships with beauty vendors to ensure quality and timely service.
• PR/PO Processing & Procurement Coordination: raise and manage PRs/POs; track open POs; ensure policy compliance.
• Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination: act as primary contact between Beauty team, vendors, finance, and internal departments.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: prepare procurement reports and vendor performance summaries; seek process improvements.
