Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of planning and inventory experience, ideally within beauty, luxury, or fashion retail.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) and experience with retail ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assortment planning to align with target demographics and trends.
• Demand forecasting using historical sales data and seasonality.
• Monitor KPIs like sell-through, margin contributions and fast-moving SKUs.
• Open-To-Buy budgeting and ensuring inventory investments align with sales targets.
• Stock optimization and replenishment across warehouses and stores.
• Shrinkage control and variance monitoring in the inventory system.
• Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to manage POs and shipments.
