Qualifications

• Leading end-to-end delivery across multiple projects with governance and oversight.

• Managing cross-border risk (UAE/KSA) and complex IT upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost control.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and executive levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors and business users.
• Ensure change management processes for new systems and processes.
• Oversee requirements gathering, validation, and traceability.
• Monitor progress with status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
