Job summary

Virtuthinko W. L seeks an HR Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with HR, IT and stakeholders to gather requirements, drive design, data migration, and secure successful go-live.

You will oversee testing, change management, and post-go-live support, ensuring governance, risk control, and continuous improvement across the HRMS landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HRMS projects, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong governance, risk, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors initiatives across initiation, design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with HR operating models.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, and environment readiness while ensuring security, privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with core systems and manage interfaces and data flows.
• Lead change management activities: adoption plans, stakeholder engagement and training.
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and manage defects, deployment readiness and go-live planning.
