Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost control.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
