Job summary

Work standard in Bahrain is seeking a motivated Trainee Restaurant Manager for our Dar Kulaib unit. This full-time role focuses on learning the essentials of restaurant operations while contributing to daily service and guest satisfaction.

You will train under experienced managers, lead shifts, and help implement budgeting, inventory, scheduling, and customer service standards. English is essential; Arabic or Hindi skills are a plus. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience as a restaurant manager is required, but some experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic or Hindi would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure are required.

Trainee Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Trainee Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to learn and develop the skills necessary to successfully run a restaurant. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
• Learn and understand all aspects of restaurant management including budgeting, inventory control, scheduling, and customer service
• Observe and implement company policies and procedures
• Participate in staff training and development programs
• Ensure high quality of food, drinks, and service provided to customers
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, striving for complete satisfaction
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Help maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• No previous experience as a restaurant manager is required, but some experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
