Job summary

PeakFleet in Bahrain is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a diverse team, ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, inventory, budgeting, and marketing efforts to attract customers, while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Part-time role in Dar Kulaib.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
