LuxGuard Solutions is seeking a Temporary Executive Chef in Manama, Bahrain to support and oversee a fast-paced kitchen during peak seasons or events. You will lead kitchen staff, plan menus, and ensure quality and presentation to the highest standards.

The role requires 5+ years as an Executive Chef in high-volume settings, strong leadership and organizational skills, and flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays. Temporary accommodation and visa sponsorship may be available.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume venues.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and techniques.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking under pressure.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of food quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain proper stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to create special menus for events or occasions.
