Job summary

Braxtone Group in Manama, Bahrain seeks a Telemarketing Agent to drive sales by phone, collect referrals and log contacts in the company system.

Deliver sales talks, explain products and pricing, answer questions, and support the line manager. Strong persuasion and active listening are essential. The role offers commission incentives, on-site work, and growth within a dynamic sales team.

Normal working hours are 40 hours per week with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Conduct client or market surveys, and type detailed notes regarding sale or service offered.
• Deliver prepared salestalks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders in the company’s system only.
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as referrals, cold calling, and any other legal means.
• Assist support the line manager by taking tasks assigned by them when necessary.

2. DUTIESACTUALLYPERFORMEDBYTHISPOSITION:

• Contactindividualsbytelephoneinordertosolicitsalesforgoodsorservices. solutions,preparingreports,andmakingrecommendationstomanagement.
• Maintainsprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgebyattendingeducational workshops,reviewingprofessionalpublications,establishingpersonalnetworks,andparticipatinginprofessionalsocieties.
• Conductclientormarketsurveys,andtypedetailed notesregardingsaleorserviceoffered.
