FoodFund International seeks a Commis 1 – Sushi Chef to join our culinary team in Bahrain. You will contribute to sushi preparation, support senior chefs, and help uphold our Japanese dining standards in a premium, fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate has sushi/kitchen experience, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for quality, consistency, and presentation in a fine-dining environment. Bahrain-based applicants only.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sushi or Japanese kitchen.
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine.
• Understanding of fine-dining kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for quality, consistency, and food excellence.
• Must be currently based in Bahrain.
