Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in an educational context.
• Certificate or experience in teaching/learning is a plus.
• Experience in university or higher education settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support at-risk students on course selection and progression.
• Monitor attendance and follow up on concerning patterns.
• Track academic performance and provide guidance to boost engagement.
• Refer students to academic advisors or the University Counselor as needed.
• Coordinate meetings between students and advisors/counselor.
• Maintain confidential records of interventions and outcomes.
