Job summary

Eastern Asphalt and Mixed Concrete Co. is seeking a senior sales professional with civil engineering background and an MBA in Marketing to drive growth in its asphalt products portfolio in Bahrain.

You will build client relationships, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and provide technical solutions. A minimum of 5 years in surfacing and asphalt sales with a proven sales record is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and MBA in Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in surfacing and asphalt sales with a proven track record.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand requirements for asphalt and crusher products.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations emphasizing features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions aligning with offerings.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and account analyses to the divisional manager.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the asphalt products market.
• Follow up on payment status from existing customers.
• Coordinate with the estimation team and assist with quotations.
