Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the MRO procurement portfolio across GCC plants, partnering with manufacturing, engineering and operations to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, negotiations, and fluent English, with opportunities to influence procurement strategies across EMEA in a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presenting abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing suppliers and commercial negotiations.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRO, capital, building services, and indirect procurement across GCC operations.
• Develop and execute category strategies to ensure continuity of supply while driving cost savings and value creation.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, and lead supplier performance management initiatives.
• Partner with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support operational goals.
• Collaborate with regional and global procurement colleagues to leverage scale, best practices, and innovation opportunities across EMEA.
