Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership and control for the Family care Tissue machine at the Askar mill. You will drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while upholding EHS standards and regulatory compliance.

Lead process engineers, implement LEAN manufacturing practices, and mentor operation crews to elevate process knowledge and performance. This role focuses on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of technical/production experience in family care manufacturing.
• Strong record of success in process improvement and professional credibility.
• Capable physically to work in tissue, RO, ETP and boiler environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Family care Asset Tissue machine to ensure high productivity and profitability.
• Utilize LEAN tools to address root causes and set standards to avoid repeated failures.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards and government regulations.
• Lead and coach process engineers; drive continuous improvement and training.
• Collaborate with Operations for reliability, safety and cost optimization.
