Job summary

Continental Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects across business areas. You will ensure scope, timelines, budgets and quality meet contractual requirements and will lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

Candidates should bring 3+ years of PM experience, strong planning, scheduling and reporting skills, and proficiency in Excel and tools like MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com or Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, business, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Proficient with Excel and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Monday, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning coordination, execution and delivery of multiple projects.
• Manage projects across different business areas ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality and contractual requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with Technical Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, Sales, Procurement, Finance and other internal teams.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, risks and deliverables; ensure proper documentation and handover.
