Job summary

Restaurant Group Bahrain is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join and manage cost control for multiple outlets across the GCC.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of cost control experience in a restaurant group, expertise in inventory management, recipe costing, and variance analysis, and excellent English communication and Excel skills. You will collaborate with Operations, Purchasing and Finance to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cost Controller within a restaurant group in the GCC (mandatory).
• Experience controlling food & beverage costs for multiple restaurant outlets.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, recipe costing, menu engineering, stock control, and variance analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of cost control systems and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams.
