Job summary

Chisholm Enterprises WLL in Bahrain seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead strategic financial planning across international operations in aviation and cargo. You will translate priorities into robust financial plans, drive performance, governance and capital strategy to support growth and fleet initiatives.

The role requires a proven CFO / senior finance leader with strong commercial acumen, treasury expertise, and a track record in asset-intensive sectors.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) required.
• Significant CFO-level or senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in treasury, funding, and financial planning.
• Strong governance, controls and regulatory knowledge.
• Background in aviation or asset-intensive industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy, annual planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Present financial and commercial recommendations to the Executive Team and Board.
• Oversee treasury, funding and cash management activities.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls and regulatory reporting.
• Support aircraft financing, leasing and major capital investments.
• Partner with leaders to improve reporting, cost management and growth.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Drive finance systems, BI and data-driven decision making.
