A leading HVAC company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Project Planner to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules for HVAC/MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in project planning and scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential. The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
7–10 years of project planning and scheduling experience in HVAC/MEP projects.
Strong working knowledge of project management processes.
AICP and/or PMP certification is an advantage.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in preparing baseline and updated programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports; exposure to delay analysis and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) is an advantage.
AICP and/or PMP certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project programs, including MAS/DRG schedules, targets, timelines, and detailed look-ahead schedules aligned with site execution.
Prepare, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, including baseline, recovery, and revised programs.
Monitor project milestones and track actual progress against the approved baseline program.
Prepare and submit program versus progress reports, including weekly and monthly progress updates, dashboards, and management summaries.
Track and monitor job progress reports, drawing schedules, and material schedules to ensure alignment with the approved program.
Identify potential risks, constraints, and delays affecting project timelines, and analyze schedule impacts.
Develop and propose mitigation strategies, recovery plans, delay analyses, and Time Impact Analyses (TIA), and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions in coordination with the contracts team.
Prepare manpower requirement forecasts and deployment plans in accordance with the project program, and coordinate manpower allocation with project and site teams.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials in line with approved schedules.
Act as a coordination link between planning, project management, construction teams, and clients to ensure program alignment.
Attend site meetings, conduct site visits as required, and maintain accurate and up-to-date planning documentation and records.
Ensure planned work sequences comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements, supporting the achievement of project safety and quality milestones through effective planning.
Perform any other duties within the field of competence as assigned by the Head of Department or delegated authority from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
7–10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of HVAC/MEP projects.
Strong working knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, manpower and resource planning, and reporting.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
