Job summary

stc Bahrain is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to coordinate telecom site procurement and infrastructure delivery in Manama. You will work with landlords, manage leases, oversee civil works readiness, and ensure timely site delivery and operational continuity.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong English/Arabic; professional PM or contract management certification is preferred. Candidates with 6+ years in telecom site acquisition and related operations will fit well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; proficiency in English and Arabic; certification in Project Management or Contract Management is preferred; experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure delivery, utilities coordination, or contractor management is advantageous.

Job Objective

To coordinate and manage telecom site acquisition and infrastructure delivery activities including landlord coordination lease administration site readiness civil works follow-up utility requirements contractor coordination and stakeholder alignment to support timely site delivery and operational continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or any other related field
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
• Professional certification in Project Management, Contract Management, or related discipline (Preferred)
• Experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure delivery, utilities, or contractor management (Preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure delivery, landlord coordination, civil works, contractor management, utilities coordination, or related telecom operations.
