VIVA Bahrain seeks a senior coordinator to manage telecom site acquisition and infrastructure delivery, including landlord liaison, lease administration, and site readiness. You will oversee civil works coordination, utility requirements, and contractor management to ensure timely site delivery and operational continuity.

To coordinate and manage telecom site acquisition and infrastructure delivery activities, including landlord coordination, lease administration, site readiness, civil works follow-up, utility requirements, contractor coordination, and stakeholder alignment to support timely site delivery and operational continuity.
Strategic Contribution
Support the execution of site acquisition and infrastructure delivery plans in line with approved rollout priorities and business requirements.
Coordinate site readiness activities to enable timely delivery of new sites, relocations, upgrades, and infrastructure expansion requirements.
Maintain effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to minimize site-related delays and support operational continuity.
Other Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with landlords, developers, municipalities, property owners, government authorities, and utility providers to support site acquisition and access requirements.
Support lease agreement processes, renewals, amendments, and required documentation in coordination with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, site information, approvals, access arrangements, rental commitments, and related contractual obligations.
Coordinate EWA-related requirements including applications, transfers, service upgrades, approvals, bill verification, and issue resolution with the concerned internal teams.
Follow up on site readiness activities including power availability, civil works, access approvals, landlord permissions, and required site documentation.
Monitor civil contractors, engineering offices, consultants, and service providers to ensure delivery quality, milestone achievement, and compliance with agreed scopes of work.
Review and coordinate scope of work, BOQs, quotations, work orders, contractor claims, and related documents with the relevant internal functions.
Coordinate with Procurement on tendering, contractor onboarding, purchase orders, contract execution, and vendor performance follow-up.
Support payment processing, cost tracking, and commercial follow-up related to site rent, utilities, civil works, and contracted services in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
Prepare status updates, management reports, risk assessments, and KPI tracking related to acquisition progress, site delivery, rent, EWA, contractor performance, and compliance requirements.
Ensure documentation is maintained for audit, governance, regulatory, procurement, and internal compliance purposes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or any other related field
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
Preferred:
Professional certification in Project Management, Contract Management, or related discipline
Experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure delivery, utilities, or contractor management
Experience:
Specialist: Minimum 6 years of experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure delivery, landlord coordination, civil works, contractor management, utilities coordination, or related telecom operations.
