The role requires MRICS or equivalent certification, a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or related field, and 10–15 years in large-scale construction.

Qualifications

• Lead the cost management process across project phases with accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities aligned with project specs and standards.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee contract administration including negotiation, compliance monitoring and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost management process across all project phases ensuring accuracy in budgeting and forecasting to minimize financial risks
• Prepare detailed and precise bills of quantities ensuring clarity and compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction
• Oversee contract administration including negotiation compliance monitoring and dispute resolution to uphold contractual obligations
