Job summary

Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan oversees manufacturing and supply for multiple markets. The role focuses on delivering production volume under quality standards, leading planning, scheduling, logistics and materials management in a continuous improvement environment.

The candidate will champion Lean Six Sigma, drive capacity improvements, and ensure World Class Manufacturing compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• Experience with NPD and innovation management processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product developments (NPDs) and sourcing projects.
• Translate regional/category strategy into site execution roadmaps.
• Own Innovation & Initiative Management governance for plant projects.
• Support portfolio expansion, new market sourcing, and vertical start-ups.
• Represent manufacturing in cross-regional forums and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead debottlenecking and capacity-enhancement efforts while ensuring Lean Six Sigma practices.
