Job summary

MasterFix Solutions in Muharraq Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in construction, strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, understand technical drawings and interpret complex construction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Primavera or MS Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Supervise construction teams and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Review and approve project plans, blueprints and material selections.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and prepare cost reports for clients.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
