Job summary

Haji Hassan Group B.S.C. (c) T is seeking a logistics dispatch lead to manage daily transit mixer and concrete pump dispatching.

You will coordinate with batching plants, drivers, customers, and project sites to ensure smooth concrete deliveries and optimal fleet use. Applicants should have 7–10 years in logistics, experience with GPS tracking, RMC dispatch software, and ERP systems, plus strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Ready-Mix / Construction.
• Experience with GPS tracking systems, RMC dispatch software, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driving License.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Open to male candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day dispatching of transit mixers and concrete pumps
• Ensure trucks are dispatched according to project requirements and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with batching plants drivers customers and project sites for smooth concrete deliveries
• Monitor and improve truck turnaround time TAT and fleet utilization
• Plan and optimize delivery routes based on traffic distance and site accessibility
• Coordinate the availability and supply of cement aggregates admixtures and water
• Handle customer and site requirements to minimize delays and maintain efficient operations
