The role focuses on managing automated block production lines, ensuring maximum uptime, leading PLC, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting, and supervising maintenance teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in automated concrete block factories or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or Plant Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of factory automation, PLCs, hydraulics, and fixed production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of automated block production lines and ready-mix batching plants.

• Oversee utilities including chillers flake ice plants and compressed air systems
• Manage molds spare parts inventory and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automated concrete block factories or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or Plant Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of factory automation, industrial PLCs, hydraulic systems, and fixed production machinery.
• Experience with Masa, Zenith, or Hess production lines is an advantage.
