Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Ready‑Mix / Construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with GPS tracking systems, RMC dispatch software, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day dispatching of transit mixers and concrete pumps.
• Ensure trucks are dispatched according to project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, customers, and project sites for smooth concrete deliveries.
• Monitor and improve truck turnaround time (TAT) and fleet utilization.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes based on traffic, distance, and site accessibility.
• Coordinate the availability and supply of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water.
• Handle customer and site requirements to minimize delays and maintain efficient operations.
