Job summary

Doumas seeks an experienced Transit Mixer Driver for our ready-mix concrete operations in the UAE. You will deliver concrete from the plant to construction sites, maintaining product quality and adhering to dispatch instructions and safety rules.

The ideal candidate has a UAE heavy vehicle license, 2–5 years of experience with concrete mixers, and a proven ability to coordinate with dispatch, QC, pump teams, and site staff under pressure. Accommodation provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license.
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience driving concrete mixer trucks, concrete pump.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete delivery is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and construction site delivery procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with dispatch, QC team, pump team, and site staff.
• Must follow delivery timing, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Basic knowledge of mixer truck cleaning, drum operation, water system, and daily vehicle checks.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple trips per day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ready-mix concrete from plant to site safely and on time.
• Maintain concrete condition during transportation.
• Follow dispatch instructions and delivery notes.
• Clean mixer drum and chute after delivery.
• Report any vehicle issue, site delay, or delivery problem.
• Follow safety and traffic rules at all times.
