Qualifications

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation systems for production lines.
Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
Ensure reliability and efficiency of automation systems; improve production performance.
Support commissioning and start-up of new equipment and lines.
Develop automation solutions to boost manufacturing efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve automation-related equipment failures.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance for automation equipment.
Provide technical support during production downtime and process optimization.
Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives related to automation.
