Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably within contracting or project sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including CHW, DX, VRF.
• Ability to analyze drawings and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret tender documents and specifications.
• Perform detailed heat load calculations.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for equipment and accessories.
• Develop competitive cost estimates covering material and labor.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to finalize submissions.
