Job summary

Havelock One in Bahrain is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for fit-out enquiries, quotations and tenders. You will manage the estimating process from review to handover to operations and commercial teams.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, at least five years of estimating experience in interior fit-out, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver detailed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review enquiries, RFQs, drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, conditions of contract and other tender documents.
• Prepare a clear pricing plan and schedule to complete assigned estimates within the required deadline.
• Clarify scope, exclusions, assumptions and technical requirements with clients and internal stakeholders to improve quotation accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and participate in tender meetings when required to understand project conditions, access constraints and delivery requirements.
• Prepare tender analysis, pricing summaries, mark-up recommendations, qualifications and supporting information for internal review.
