Dessange Paris (Bahrain) is seeking an experienced luxury-hair stylist in Manama. You will perform couture styling, master color services, and bespoke consultations for a VIP clientele in a prestigious salon environment.

The role requires 5+ years in a top-tier salon or spa, fluency in English, and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays. Arabian language skills are a plus as you help drive retail revenue and uphold 5-star standards.

Qualifications

• Gender: Female due to private salon environment and local market requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-end luxury salon, 5-star hotel spa, or prestige facility.
• Proven mastery in precision cutting, balayage, toning, color corrections, and elegant updos.
• Excellent consultation skills, strong personal presence, and retail cross-selling track record.
• Flawless personal presentation, grooming standards and professional etiquette.
• Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
