Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an experienced Transfer Agency professional to serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for funds, investors and managers. You will manage AML/KYC processing, investor onboarding, and fund documentation, while coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires 5-7 years in finance with at least 3 years in Transfer Agency, strong English communication, and familiarity with TA activities. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in Transfer Agency.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC laws and regulators (MENA focus).
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover funds as a primary contact for investors, fund managers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with operations and CRM teams to complete TA tasks and NAV publishing.
• Maintain fund knowledge, timelines, and communications in line with procedures.
• Support fund audits and respond to TA-related PBC requests with accuracy.
