Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Management Engineering Professional to lead and oversee complex engineering, construction and commissioning initiatives from inception to completion. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a senior PM with 14–16 years of experience in large-scale projects, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) or related field; Master's preferred.
14–16 years of progressive PM experience in engineering, construction and commissioning environments.
Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence diverse teams.
Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of large-scale engineering projects from planning to closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans.
Oversee contractors and vendors ensuring adherence to specifications and contracts.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
