• 8+ years of experience in Senior Project Engineer/Site Engineer roles recommended.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and MS Project/Primavera is essential.
• Familiarity with excavation processes and fuel retail sector safety standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills are required.
• Willingness to work on-site regularly, including outside working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and oversight, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery milestones.
• Provide technical expertise, reviewing and approving engineering designs for quality and compliance.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, conducting site inspections and audits.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, managing site activities to minimize variations and claims.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures for financial efficiency.
• Foster a cohesive team environment, evaluating and enhancing project personnel dynamics.
• Ensure integration of compliance requirements during operations, maintenance, and documentation phases.
• Oversee vendor relationships and interfaces across construction, pre-commissioning, and optimization phases.
